These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Calotick ("the Service") operated by yukinon-lab ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Some features (e.g., Google Calendar integration) require account registration. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to terminate accounts created with false information.

  • Engage in fraudulent or criminal activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Collect or store personal information of other users
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

We may suspend or discontinue the Service without notice for maintenance, technical issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

This Service is intended for always-on display use. Prolonged display may cause hardware damage to your device, including screen burn-in, image retention, or brightness degradation. The built-in burn-in protection feature is designed to mitigate risk but does not guarantee complete prevention. Any hardware damage, including screen burn-in, is entirely at the user's own risk, and we accept no liability.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any damages caused by such changes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our jurisdiction.
