Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we access your email address, display name, and profile photo.
Calendar Data: If you enable Google Calendar integration, we fetch calendar events via the Google API. This data is not stored on our servers.
Cookie Data: We use cookies and local storage for service functionality and advertising.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage for:

Service functionality (session management, preferences)
Advertising via Adsterra (only after consent, Free plan only)

Cookie use is based on your consent. If you click "Decline" in the consent banner, advertising cookies will not be set. Strictly necessary cookies remain active.

4. Google Calendar Data

When you enable Google Calendar integration, we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly scope with your consent. Calendar data is used solely to display events on the clock screen and is never stored on our servers, shared with third parties, used for AI training, or used for advertising purposes. You can revoke calendar access at any time from the Settings page.

5. Advertising (Adsterra)

We display ads via Adsterra (Adsterra, Ltd.) for Free plan users. Adsterra may use cookies to serve ads. Ads are not loaded if you decline cookie consent. Pro plan users see no ads.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

With your consent
When required by law
With service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Adsterra)

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained until account deletion. Google Calendar data is never stored on our servers (used temporarily for display only). Local storage data is retained until you clear your browser data.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data (account deletion)
Object to data processing

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we inadvertently collect data from children, we will delete it promptly.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this policy without notice. For significant changes, we will notify users via the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
